If there’s one thing I love more than a good book, it’s a sweet romantic-comedy. They have a comforting feeling that’s hard to top. One of the networks that puts out these types of films is UPtv, a family friendly network that picks up many of the Canadian rom-coms from production companies like Reel One Entertainment. Like the first three months of 2021, the network has some new U.S. premieres coming, and so today we’re talking the UPtv April and May 2021 movie schedule!

1: A Love to Remember – April 11
This one sounds all kinds of cute! It starts as an online blind date and turns into a kind of While You Were Sleeping scenario about a girl who, while at the hospital, is mistaken as the wife of her date (who was in a bike accident).
2: Starting Up Love – April 18
Anna Hutchinson returns as a workaholic who inherits a cabin. Of course, there’s also a handsome caretaker who complicates her plans to sell the property.
3: Designed With Love – April 25
This one follows the trend of a mobile business with a “fashion truck.” Sounds like a fun little story that is sure to bring a smile.

Follows a teacher who goes on her annual vacation, during which she must deal with her grandmother’s matchmaking attempts! Hayley Sales and Brant Daugherty co-star in this one.
5: Cooking Up Love – Sunday, May 16
This final premiere features a kind of love-to-hate misunderstanding competition premise that also involves food trucks. Rachel Bles and Stephen Huszar are the co-stars.
Which of these are you most looking forward to? Of the five, I spy a couple that sound fun, and am of course super excited about A Love to Remember (I mean we have to be excited for a While You Were Sleeping plot, right?) on this UPtv April and May 2021 movie schedule!
