May is making a play to enter far faster than we’re ready for it. But with that reality creeping up on us, it’s time to take a look at the May 2022 Hallmark schedule because we all love a sweet romance, right?

As of now, they don’t fall under any program block title like last months “Spring into Love” titles. Not because of this, but honestly, none of these appeal to me for a few different reasons. Doesn’t mean I won’t watch some, they just don’t jump out. Same can be said for last month’s titles. But hey, we’ll stay optimistic for the summer romance! Let’s meet the titles and familiar faces heading our way in May.

Hallmark does sometimes alter their schedule. While I do make every effort to be accurate of the dates of these premieres, sometimes things shift which will change or remove some titles from their lineup. I will try and keep up to date on any changes, and if I catch any, I will make note of it here. Check local listings for specific times.
WARMING UP TO YOU – MAY 7
Cindy Busby is back starring as an expert who must help a big action star (played by the familiar Christopher Russell) ready for his next prominent role!
ROAD TRIP ROMANCE – MAY 14
In this title, two people find themselves unexpectedly stuck together when she tries to get to her sister’s wedding only for her former school rival to possibly be her only means of getting there. Natalie Hall and Corey Sevier pair up for this one.
ROMANCE TO THE RESCUE – MAY 21
Looking to impress her crush, a woman enters into a competition for dogs. Trouble is, she must find a competitor! Andrea Brooks from When Calls the Heart and Marcus Rosner star.
BONUS: WHEN CALLS THE HEART – SUNDAYS
The fan favorite continues on Sunday nights as its ninth season airs on the network, and follows the lives of school teacher and widow Elizabeth Thornton; lovable busybody Rosemary and husband Lee; and a host of other favorite characters, too.
HALLMARK MOVIES & MYSTERIES PREMIERES
True of any new month’s schedule, if the lighthearted story isn’t your thing, Hallmark has a ‘Movies & Mysteries’ channel that has more drama titles. Stepping more and more away from their format of mysteries, these titles look more dramatic over sleuthing.
HEART OF THE MATTER – MAY 15
This one does make me curious because it’s going to feature Aimee Teegarden, who I do like, and a new(er) to the network face in Andrew Zachar. Teegarden plays a doctor struggling with the death of a patient in this film.
RIP IN TIME – MAY 22
This drama has a time travelling component and based on the little early lines of story, I have to say, I’m not all that curious. Niall Matter is set to play Rip Van Winkle Jr. and co-starring with him will be Torrey DiVitto.
