HALLMARK DECEMBER 2021 SCHEDULE: MORE ‘COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS’ ROMANCE

by

On the eve of a new month, we bring you the usual monthly TV schedule that is the Hallmark December 2021 schedule. Like one might imagine, this schedule is full (again) of new Christmas-y romance. Some of which includes a two-part movie that has been rumored for at least one, possibly two years now.

Let’s meet some of the people bringing to life Hallmark’s final stretch of Christmas movies in this new TV schedule. While there’s probably more I could say, why say more? I know and you know, all you’re really here for is the movies… and who can blame you? Here we go.

HALLMARK DECEMBER 2021 SCHEDULE

Hallmark does sometimes alter their schedule. While I do make every effort to be accurate of the dates of these premieres, sometimes things shift which will change or remove some titles from their lineup. I will try and keep up to date on any changes, and if I catch any, I will make note of it here. Check local listings for specific times.

1: EIGHT GIFTS OF HANUKKAH – DECEMBER 3

A woman finds herself the recipient of an anonymous suitor who sends her eight gifts during eight nights of Hanukkah.

2: A VERY MERRY BRIDESMAID – DECEMBER 4

On her milestone birthday (30!!), a woman must also help her brother celebrate his most special day – his wedding! Emily Osment from Young & Hungry returns to Hallmark for this cute (hopefully since I think she’s hilarious!) rom-com.

3: SISTER SWAP: A HOMETOWN HOLIDAY – DECEMBER 5

Kimberley Williams-Paisley and her real-life sister Ashley Williams team up for this two-parter set of movies that follow sisters who find themselves a bit restless with their lives. This one will, presumably, prominently follow Kimberly’s Jennifer.

4: A DICKENS OF A HOLIDAY! – DECEMBER 10

Wanting to celebrate the 100th anniversary of her town’s Victorian festival, a woman invites her former classmate and major movie star to play in their production of A Christmas Carol. Brooke D’Orsay and Kristoffer Polaha co-star in this one!

5: A ROYAL QUEENS CHRISTMAS – DECEMBER 11

A prince “finds his way to Queens” during Christmas where he meets a local woman who just may enlist him to join her plans for a Christmas show.

6: SISTER SWAP: CHRISTMAS IN THE CITY – DECEMBER 12

Kimberley Williams-Paisley and her real-life sister Ashley Williams team up for this two-parter set of movies that follow sisters who find themselves a bit restless with their lives. This “part 2” story of these connected comedies will, presumably, Williams Meg.

7: SUGAR PLUM TWIST – DECEMBER 17

This one first airs on Hallmark Movies Now December 2, but the network will also (at this time) air it on this Friday night. As its title suggests, this one is about dance and a professional dancer who returns home and ends up working with a dancer with a flair for “Latin dance.”

8: THE CHRISTMAS HOUSE 2: DECK THOSE HALLS – DECEMBER 18

Sequel to last years The Christmas House this one has the brothers competing for who will create the best (decorated?) Christmas house.

Note: this film does feature a prominent same sex relationship

9: ‘TIS THE SEASON TO BE MERRY – DECEMBER 19

Looking to find inspiration for her upcoming relationship book, a woman heads to Vermont where she finds more than she expects. Rachael Leigh Cook stars.

HALLMARK MOVIES & MYSTERIES DECEMBER 2021 SCHEDULE

I haven’t watched any of the 2021 HMM titles yet, but in year’s past, this has been the network that REALLY ups the game and puts out better movies. We’ll see if this happens with any of the 2021 titles!

1: OUR CHRISTMAS JOURNEY – DECEMBER 4

2: A GODWINK CHRISTMAS: MIRACLE OF LOVE – DECEMBER 11

3: CHRISTMAS FOR KEEPS – DECEMBER 18

Which of these are YOU excited for? Do any jump out or are you a scrooge like me and don’t see any that leave you all kinds of excited? Which have you seen and loved already? Which ones have surprised you? Comment all the comments below – I’d love to chat! As always.
