Hello, and welcome to another edition of what’s-airing-on-Hallmark. We’re here to spotlight the Hallmark May 2023 schedule. It’s one that includes some new faces and is still surprisingly full even with the big holiday weekend.

WHEN LOVE SPRINGS – MAY 6
Rhiannon Fish leads the cast in this Nicely Entertainment acquisition about a woman who runs into her ex, and enlists a B&B owner to play her boyfriend.
RIDE continues Sunday nights
The Hallmark original series with Nancy Travis leading the cast in a familial drama continues Sunday nights. Are you watching this modern “western” drama?
DREAM MOMS – MAY 13
From the former ABC Family show Make It or Break It, Chelsea Hobbs co-stars with Tamera Mowry-Housley (from Sister, Sister) in this film about mothers who, after failing to achieve their creative dreams, are brought together for a once in a lifetime experience.
LOVE IN ZION NATIONAL: A NATIONAL PARK ROMANCE – MAY 20
Cindy Busby returns in this rom-com as a curator who sets out to prove a set of ancient vases have a very different place of belonging.
THE LOVE CLUB: SYDNEY’S JOURNEY – MAY 27
The second of four ‘Love Club’ movies that are Hallmark Movies Now originals, this will follow Lily Gao’s Sydney starring alongside Jesse Hutch. *Internet rumors say these movies or the first one (‘Nicole’s Pen Pal’) does have a same sex couple if that bothers you.
THE LOVE CLUB: LAUREN’S DREAM – MAY 29
The Frankie Drake Mysteries star Chantel Riley plays Lauren in this third installment. *Internet rumors say these movies or the first one (‘Nicole’s Pen Pal’) does have a same sex couple if that bothers you.
THE LOVE CLUB: TARA’S TUNE – MAY 29
The fourth installment features The Love Club playing matchmaker to Tara. In some ways, the concept of these, a friendship group, reminds me of what Hallmark did with The Wedding Veil. Has anyone seen these? *Internet rumors say these movies or the first one (‘Nicole’s Pen Pal’) does have a same sex couple if that bothers you.

THE JANE MYSTERIES (MAY 13): Jodie Sweetin will debut as an amateur sleuth in this all new mystery
CARROT CAKE MURDER: A HANNAH SWENSEN MYSTERY (MAY 19): Alison Sweeney returns as the beloved sleuth alongside Cameron Mathison.
