THE MANY PLACES TO FIND OUR CONTENT AND FOLLOW CULTURE CHARACTERISTICS
We’ve been posting up all sorts of new accounts where we are lately, plus have some older ones, too. So since there’s so many places where you can keep up with us and find our latest daily content, I thought I’d share where you can follow us on social media. From the newest platforms (which I’m salty about), to lesser known and the usual standbys, we have pages on many of the places. So, let’s dive in and invite you to join us – if you aren’t already!
First up is the old favorite, BlogLovin. This is a kind of “feed” space where anything we publish automatically shows up here. Question now is, does anyone still use this space? If you do, you can Follow along with Bloglovin. We also have the RSS feed (automatic daily inbox share) with Follow. It if that’s more your speed. Another standby is Instagram. We have the @Rissi006 original account and one with the @CultureCharacteristics handle, and of course, Twitter. All the usual suspects.
Follow my blog with BloglovinOf the “prettier” variety is Pinterest where we publish, but aren’t always super consistent, our latest content with some (mostly) colorful pins where you can click any pin and either search the archives of any given topic or be taken directly to the review, article, discussion, etc. We also share movie quotes and song lyrics which rarely show up here on the website. At least not in a photographic kind of format.
💻THE MANY PLACES TO FIND OUR CONTENT AND FOLLOW CULTURE CHARACTERISTICS💻 Where to follow us on social media. #SocialMedia #FollowUs #Twitter #Threads #Blog #PopCulture Share on XWe’re also on Mastodon (whatever THIS is) and Instagram’s new Twitter, Threads. In all likelihood, none or few of these will be frequently updated. At least not until they have an automatic publication option. You see, where Threads is concerned since I spend so much time in front of a computer screen (writing, editing, social media posting, graphic work), I don’t want to spend non work time on a screen, also known as my phone, too. Since Threads is only an app right now without a desktop option, I doubt I’ll post there.
Finally, we also have a content roundup that shows up directly in your inbox. It has some pop culture discussion (sometimes), lyrics, our content (of course) and Kindle downloads, too. We send this out about twice a month right now, but the goal if that fails is once monthly. Not really related, but you can also shop some books with us on eBay, too!
That’s a fair representation of where you can find us. Some accounts I’ve closed or haven’t published anything on in years so it feels unnecessary to share those. However you follow us, let me just say thank you so much for following along. For being here and for those of you who leave comments or have conversation with us, thanks. We love talking with you about all of these pop culture things!
