We are back with some new TV movie news! This time it’s news about a Great American Family August 2023 schedule. The start of what will take us straight into their October Christmas movie premieres. So, what will we get first? Some summertime fun, of course!

However, if you’re wanting some complaints about that, you won’t find those here. I respect and appreciate that GAF doesn’t debut something every single week. It’s not a bad thing nor is it someone “wrong” to go weeks without something new, and I hope the network does well with this type of schedule going forward. Since I know I’m next to the only one who thinks this way, we’ll move on.
Let’s take a look at the (at present) three all-new to GAF movies being advertised as debuting this summer, and the familiar faces that come with them.
GREAT AMERICAN FAMILY AUGUST 2023 SCHEDULE
Note: we don’t know the official dates for this line up yet, but the network is geared up to drop new premieres now through the stars of their October Christmas programming, so soon as we see the dates, we’ll update here! Check listings for air times.
THE ABIGAIL MYSTERIES – JULY 30
If this listing holds, the network will also debut its first mystery. It follows a woman trying to heal from a painful recent past, returning to her hometown where a former crush and a mystery awaits her.
ROMANCE AT THE VINEYARD – AUGUST 5
Their first summer premiere will be all about falling in love, while at a vineyard. This one features Susie Abromeit in a story about a woman trying to save her family’s winery little realizing that her new partner in this venture may just be the competition.
LOVE ON REPEAT – AUGUST 7
This will mark the debut of this one on Great American Family. It’s an older title with Jen Lilley and Andrew Lawrence about a woman reliving the same day.
AN UNLIKELY ANGEL – AUGUST 12
A career woman nervous about becoming a mother sees her future through the gift of an angel.
WEDDING CAKE DREAMS – AUGUST 14
The normal best friend character played by Donna Benedicto plays leading lady in this romance about a woman who meets the literal man of her childhood dream!
SUMMERTIME SOULMATES – AUGUST 19
An artist and curator find they must work together to try and avoid financial troubles.
DREAM WEDDING – AUGUST 26
Alongside Jesse Hutch, Rebecca Dalton stars as a woman who, after a practical joke with her sister, finds herself the winner of a wedding package. Unluckily for her she wins… and doesn’t have a groom!
