Auld Lang Syne: Happy New Year 2016 and With Gratitude


In a matter of hours, 2015 will be over. 2016 is rapidly approaching, demanding to be ushered in. happy new year 2016

As with the close of every year, reflections and resolutions seem to be the two big things we talk about. The former leads us to think back on our year whether with smiles, regret, bittersweet memories or joy. The latter leads us to make plans with good intentions to live a different, healthier or more challenging life.

In many ways my life did have some shifts and changes this year. In many ways it remained entirely the same. No matter what changes or challenges we encountered, time still progressed and we are no on the precipice of that new year – a new group of 365 days to try and meet those resolutions! *wink*

Most important, I hope whatever we experienced in this crazy thing called life, we learned lessons.
