Of course, we don’t look at them all because a: some are boring and b: we just cannot even if they all are interesting. Which of the stories is most interesting to you? This I ask as I hope I can scare up one or two more additions for this eighty-seventh installment.
POP CULTURE NEWS EIGHTY-SEVEN
The extremely popular Amazon Prime series from the Russo brothers, Citadel is returning. It scores a season two renewal.
If you love LL Cool J and are sad about the 14-year run of NCIS: LA wrapping and with it, his Agent Sam Hanna, never fear. You’ll be seeing him again as a “recurring” guest star in the fall 2023 fourth season of NCIS: Hawaii. Lead star Vanessa Lachey says they don’t know exactly how he’ll fit into the team and how he’ll help with case solving, but she says the crossover plays “a big part” in his joining and however it goes down, they’ll be fun. Also, does reading this make you hope perhaps we also see Callen again at some point?? Also… if you saw the NCIS: LA finale, you may have thought the “new guy” looked familiar. This could be because it’s actor Chris O’Donnell’s son.
Not pop culture news in the way we usually share, but if you missed it, we shared Hallmark’s June schedule in this past week.
The season two cliffhangers in Netflix’s Sweet Magnolia’s will be addressed… soon. The third season is set to drop on July 20. Also, this should serve as my reminder: watch season two!
Speaking of Netflix, this week they started a new password sharing program. They’ll charge subscribers an extra eight dollars (basically) for sharing their account with someone outside of their home. Will this be something you use?
