NATURE’S BEAUTY! FALL BOOK COVERS THAT LOOK STUNNING

Thinking of fall, especially as regards colors and seasons, I often think of nature. I’m not sure why since any new season has memorable things in nature that fits. The topic today is to look at fall book covers! They don’t all overtly fit fall, but the colors and “look” feel autumn-esque.

NATURE’S BEAUTY! FALL BOOK COVERS THAT LOOK STUNNING 🍂 A very small collection of book covers that look like FALL! Share on X

From historical to contemporary and classic, this list varies in the types of books featured below. Darker hues and yes, sometimes romantic views, rule the list below. So, here we go! Let’s meet the titles and authors on the list.

FALL BOOK COVERS

NINETEEN STEPS, MILLIE BOBBY BROWN

This one is a title I bought not too long ago. It’s a WWII historical fiction read that starts in the autumn, so it feels doubly appropriate to add including the fact that the cover does have a kind of autumn-esque look. Goodreads

CURSES and OTHER THINGS, CAROLINE GEORGE

This one looks a bit creepy with the texture and the creature at the bottom. It would also fit the All Hallow’s Eve list so it may end up there too! The book is tagged as a horror mystery. Goodreads

ANNE of GREEN GABLES, L.M. MONTGOMERY

This laser dust jack edition is the ideal look for autumn. It’s also quite stunning in person! Plus, even though these books and stories cover all the seasons, they kind of feel more autumn-esque. Goodreads

A MONTCLAIR HOMECOMING, JANE PEART

How pretty is this one? I read this series years ago and did like it for its many different stories and characters it covers. Goodreads

ONE WRONG MOVE, DANI PETTREY

This hues of orange contemporary mystery fits well with the colors today. Goodreads

THE ENGLISH MASTERPIECE, KATHERINE REAY

It’s been a long time since I read anything from Katherine, but the colors scream “fall” and it seems as if it may have a seasonally appropriate concept or story. Goodreads

CAN’T HELP FALLING, SOPHIE SULLIVAN

This one is definitely fall-ish with its cover art! Goodreads

FALLING LIKE LEAVES, MISTY WILSON

Is there a title that looks more fall or has a more perfect autumn-esque tone than this? I’d argue not – especially when you see the book in person! Goodreads

    1. I’m glad to hear this, Lauren! Makes me curious to read it. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone talk about that one. :) I think this cover is for the paperback version.

  1. These covers are absolutely stunning! I love how you focused on the beautiful colours found in nature during autumn—it really brings a rich, cosy feeling to the list. The laser dust jacket edition of **Anne of Green Gables** sounds amazing, and the cover of **The English Masterpiece** truly is lovely.

It’s definitely the perfect time for those deeper, darker hues!
