THE BEST AND SILLIEST CHRISTMAS MOVIE MOMENTS PART SEVEN
On the seventh week of our best and silliest Christmas movie moments, I’m thinking maybe the number of scenes to feature may be fewer. This is because I don’t know that I’m going to see quite as many titles. Despite this, let’s see what I did watch and feature some of those interesting moments.

We only have one more week of these roundups to go (and yes, even my over-Christmas-ed grinch self can admit I may miss these). ANNOYING MEDICAL SITUATION goes to Have we Met This Christmas?
In fairness to this film, it is far from the first to have a medical situation that just annoys with its silliness. The amnesia plot of this one goofy, but the familiar cast probably makes us forgive it! Also, to be transparent, I didn’t see this one in full.

BEST TEAM EFFORT goes to The Madame Blanc Mysteries Christmas Special
How much do we love Jean and her loyal friend (now fiancé!) working together with their friends to solve not one but two deaths, all while trapped with a bomb? Let me just confirm we love it. It’s another solid team effort (from inside the room with Jean and Dom, and their unexpected help from the outside) and this is another great installment in this Acorn TV series.

BIGGEST OVERREACTION goes to A Suite Holiday Romance
And the most needless apology goes to Ian! Honestly, Sabrina way overreacts to the whole reveal. Especially since Sabrina’s assumption was made entirely on her own with zero assistance from Ian. Now, could we argue that he should have immediately corrected her in those finale thirty minutes. Maybe, but the fault still has to lie with the overreaction which is all on her. best silliest christmas movie moments

FUNNIEST MEETING THE MOTHER goes to Twelve Dates ‘Til Christmas
Seeing Callum meet Kate’s mum is subtle but also important, and her reaction to him is equally interesting. Bonus! This one also earns best kiss again! I mean… come on, how can we not love this moment? I 100% adore it.

MOST REALISTIC FATHER and DAUGHTER BOND goes to Twelve Dates ‘Til Christmas
The bond between Kate and her dad grows in episode four, and I am kind of loving it. They aren’t always perfectly in agreement, but I think Nathanial Parker and Mae Whitman share a solid connection as father and daughter, and the scene between them in the aftermath of Kate’s slight meltdown is lovely.

MOST DARLING MEET CUTE goes to A Suite Holiday Romance
This one gets thumbs down and up points! One of its highlights is the meet cute which feels a little bit like it could be in homage to nostalgic classics like White Christmas. I mean having a sandwich be the centerpiece of a meet-cute, well, it’s a happy situation. Let’s be real though, this entire film feels a little bit like a nod to some classics. Also, I have to give props to this in a third category which is the spontaneous kiss; it’s really sweet and it works so well with the romance of the moment.
From this week seven, this is definitely one of my most favorite romance-y moments from the Christmas movies.

MOST SILLY (aka also cute) MEET CUTE goes to Rodeo Christmas Romance
The silliest but also totally ideal rom-com cute meet cute has to be given to this Lifetime film. In it, we see the two meet after sharing a bed. Like I said, silly, but also totally rom-com cute.
