THE BOOKS ON THE ANNUAL SPRING 2026 TO-BE-READ LIST

Another season, another annual TBR list is here. This time we’re ushering in the spring season that will, hopefully, bring more ideal temperatures. As a result of this new spring season, we are looking at the 2026 TBR lists we all make each season. I rarely actually read the books on these TBRs (and I don’t think I ever have!), but they are still books I’m excited for!

The goal of this list is to hopefully put mostly backlist titles on the list because we all know that I am, and I don’t think I’m alone in this, terrible about reading any number of books on my shelves versus the number of new titles I add. For sure I’ll add some upcoming releases too, but the rule kind of is to add mostly the books that I should be reading because they already live on the shelves. So, here we go, the latest TBR collection is here!

  1. I read 7/10 books on my winter TBR, so I didn’t do too bad. I already checked out one of the books on my spring TBR from the library (so I can start it as soon as I finish reading Project Hail Mary). I’m always looking for books to read at work, so if it’s a book I hope to read on audiobook, I’m more likely to get it read.

Hopefully you’ll get to read some of these! Someday, at least.

    1. That is FABULOUS, Brooke – go you! Always fun to be able to cross off the books on our TBRs. :) Audiobooks must be nice for those who can listen during the day. Makes reading easier I’d imagine. :) Enjoy the book you have checked out!

  2. Honestly, I have the same problem with a lot of seasonal TBR books which is why I’ve never gone back to say which books I did or didn’t read a few months later. You are not alone. 😂

Thank you for stopping by earlier.

    1. Glad I’m not alone in that; it’s just too reader “depressing” for my to look back – especially since I always know I’d have failed. ;) Thank you for visiting here!

    1. So glad to know this re: The Bodyguard! I added it because of the adaptation and thought maybe if I add it “early,” I’ll actually read it in time for the eventual movie release. ;)

    1. Thanks! I hope so too. Glad to know Katherine and Melissa’s get good reviews AND I’m not really sure about the Beth is Dead book but I’m willing to give it a chance. ;)
