Femnista: What the Dickens!
It is a brand-new year and with that comes an all-new issue of Femnista! Not only is the issue brimming with new material (in a Femnista: What the Dickens kind of way), but editor Charity Bishop has also re-designed the whole e-zine adopting a chic, modern look that should not be missed!

In honor of Charles Dickens 200th anniversary, we have filled this issue with some of his most-popular looks as well as a look at the man behind the novels and the legacy he left behind. If you liked the “Literary Men” issue from this past summer, then you’ll love this winter 2012 issue! So, be sure to check it out. Scroll down until you find the link on the left side bar or click the link below to download and print out your own copy. We’d love your feedback, so let us know how we did.
Don’t forget to watch for our next issue coming this spring which will feature the Edwardian Era – and what a lovely era is was! In that issue we’ll visit the stately Downton Abbey, find out more about the “flower girl” Eliza Doolittle and re-visit the tragedy that is Titanic. It will be a wonderful issue that will also commemorate the sinking of Titanic.
I love working on this with everyone! And Charity does an amazing job putting to together!!
Thanks for the shout-out, and for contributing! I always enjoy reading your submissions. =)
Ella – me, too! It is always such fun – and yes, Charity does a marvelous job putting our work into order. Honestly, if it were me, I don't know if I would have stuck with it. =D
Charity – you are welcome; it's fun. =) And, thank you!
Thank you for sharing this! I downloaded the newest issue of Femnista and scanned through it quickly. I can't wait to sit down and read every single write-up in the issue. Glad you guys thought of making one solely dedicated to Charles Dickens. And if I may mention, I'm so excited for the next issue on the Edwardian Era! I'm specifically anticipating to read about Downton Abbey.
Thank you for reading it, Jemimah! =) I think I speak for all of the Femnista "staff" when I say that. Considering 2012 is Dickens 200th birthday, it worked out really well. Enjoy.
You and me both: I am SO excited for the next issue! Reading more about "Downton" will be such fun – and there is a host of other great stuff planned, too. =)
