FUN MOVIE NEWS: JORDAN FISHER STARS IN ‘HELLO, GOODBYE AND EVERYTHING IN-BETWEEN’ + A TRAILER

When it comes to content, sometimes it’s a week that’s not as easy. This means I scramble to find content, and what’s worse is when, in part, it’s the fault of the creator for reasons why this scramble happens. This is part of today’s problem. You see I had something else in the works, but that didn’t happen and so today we’re rushing to find something else. Honestly, this should be saved for tomorrow’s round up of content, but as I’m a little bit off with content this week, I figure our topic today is deserving. Today we have adaptation news and a Hello, Goodbye and Everything In-Between trailer!

LIST | THE INTERESTING 2022 BOOK TO SCREEN ADAPTATIONS YOU CAN SEE

Back at the beginning of this year, we mentioned this adaptation, from a novel by Jennifer L. Smith, in our 2022 adaptation round up. Since that posting, it has a release date and now a trailer. Is anyone excited? Given how very much I enjoyed this novel, I figure giving it a spotlight is only right. The book follows two high school graduates who have been the “it” couple in school on the cusp of going their separate ways and the choices they have to make; do they stay together or say goodbye?

The book is the first I read by Jennifer, but I thoroughly enjoyed it at the time I read it and so I’m curious to see what comes of the film. Popular star Jordan Fisher plays Aidan and Talia Ryder will play Clare. The images look cute and sweet, so while I’m not overly thrilled with the cast list, I’ll still watch this as a fan of the novel and I’ll also hope I’m surprised.

I haven’t seen the trailer (because I haven’t been watching those lately), but if you’d like to see it, it’s LIVE on the Interwebs at this link, and likely floating around on social media, too.

The film will debt on Netflix July 6th. Make sure to make note. Just don’t forget, read the novel first!

What do you think? Did you catch the trailer? Does it look good… bad… or in-between? Will you be watching this one? Are you a fan of the cast? Comment all the comments. Let’s chat!
