FOURTEEN RANDOM THINGS ABOUT THE WRITER
When it comes to hobbies, for me, many of them blur with “work” since things I enjoy doing has become work. Nonetheless trying to come up with some things to share on a list of hobbies to try could be a challenge. Instead of hobbies per se, I’ll try to share a list of fourteen things about the writer though none are interesting. This because my life is uninteresting.

🚶🏽♀️🎶🎬 FOURTEEN RANDOM THINGS ABOUT THE WRITER🚶🏽♀️🎶🎬 SHARING SILLY AND RANDOM THINGS ABOUT THE WRITER. #WRITER #WRITING #RANDOMTHINGS #FAVORITEMOVIES Share on XOne of the things I dread most is writing a self bio or as is the case here, things about myself. This is likely why, some of these, you can probably find if you go WAY into the archives here and look through old tag posts. Irrespective of all of this, we’re going to try and find some things to write about this week. Fair to warn everyone of this: I’m boring. But then maybe this will remind me of something more exciting I should try for next time I need to collect things about myself. Until then let’s get started and see what we could find.
THIRTEEN THINGS ABOUT THE WRITER
Audio books aren’t really my thing but as a kid, my family and I listened to Charles Dicken’s David Copperfield together and it was fun.
Though I wish I knew how to draw or about graphic design, I do enjoy the minimal ways I can create digital things. Mostly this is Pinterest pins and some other social media graphics I have to create.
For the past four years or so, I’ve been trying to go on daily walks. It’s a little frustrating because I don’t see differences or feel them, but as a kid who played outside in the dirt and sunshine, I know getting daily vitamin D is good, and I’m just now getting back into it after winter. It’s kind of killing me in these early days!
Four of my favorite movies are Leap Year (unpopular opinion), Legally Blonde, 2005’s Pride and Prejudice and The Proposal. Oh! And I do have to add The Princess Diaries too.
Currently I’m on a quest to find better quality makeup that is also kind to my skin
Growing up, my repeat movie re-watches included the 80s Sullivan productions of Anne of Green Gables, A&E’s Pride & Prejudice and many Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen direct to video movies.
Though all at local high schools or more local playhouses, I’ve been to over ten plays through the years
As a teenager, I cut my left thumb while slicing apples to make applesauce. I still have the scar to prove it
I do some work on a small social media page providing copy and graphics. It’s been a really fun and good learning experience.
One of my favorite songs is ‘Without You’ from For King and Country
Outside of my own state, I’ve only ever significantly been to six states. Two of which were just last year and the most interesting of which is probably Alaska.
I love ketchup and salsa but don’t like a fresh tomato
Without question I think Miss Phyrne Fisher and Jack Robinson show off the standard for TV couples
I’ve been writing reviews for over ten years and I’ve operated this website for nearly twelve.

I also love Leap Year! Though it indeed seems to be an unpopular opinion :)
I see social media posts not liking it so I often feel like it’s not a popular rom-com. I think it’s cute though and am glad you enjoy it too, Lindsey. :)
I also love Legally Blonde, and it’s so cool that you’ve been to Alaska. I seriously want to go there. The coolest state that I’ve been to so far is Hawaii, while my nephew was stationed there in the army. Great getting to know you better!
Hawaii sounds like an awesome trip, Leah! It always looks beautiful and of course, I’d imagine the beaches/water is really pretty, too. :)
