CHRISTMAS 2023 FASHION INSPIRATION AND IDEAS✨ Looking at some simple sparkle and sequined #fashion pieces that will hopefully provide inspo for all those seasonal party looks you have to put together! #Christmas #ChristmasFashion Share on X

I like fashion which is perhaps why I put these together, but using Amazon, which I do because it feels like the “universal” place people shop, means it can be a risk. Some things you find and buy there are wins and great, and other things are sketchy and just don’t work. What we do try to do is look at whether an item has a high rating suggesting maybe it’s a win. Also, when ordering something for a fun New Years Eve night, sometimes, depending on the price point, we buy it just for that rather than a long lasting re-wearable staple in our closet.  We’re still pressing head in the hopes we find something that works. Let’s see what we find for this, our 2023 Christmas fashion ideas collection. The goal is to keep this simple and concise, but we’ll see if that pans out.

CHRISTMAS FASHION IDEAS

BOW ERA

If you follow fashion accounts or influencers, you probably see lots of bow as the “in” thing right now. Everything from bows on dresses like this cocktail dress to this front tie bow blouse, you’ll see options including this long, sleeveless evening gown in classic black. More casual is this shrug sweater, which you can snag in a nice Christmas red! Some even love doing a half updo and as a finishing touch adding a clip in bow like this larger red option or this smaller black bow. Or going fancier, there’s a rhinestone option. If you want to go all out with the bow look, finish your ensemble with rhinestone tassel earrings or fun bow inspired claw clips will complete your upswept do!

CASUAL but MAKE IT SPARKLE

Shorts seem to be in right now. But not just any short, shorts with sequins! This black pair has some high ratings, and an elastic waistband; similar in style is this navy pair.

This rose cropped top (comes in other colors too) could be fun with a hi-rise pant, and depending on what the event is. For a bit dressier option but still with all the sequins, a v-neck peplum style in gold could be pretty.

DRESSY DRESSES

If you have a dressy occasion coming up, but want something less expensive, on the affordable end of dressing up is this long flutter sleeve dress with black sequins; a spaghetti strap option with “layers”; there’s a crewcut shift dress with sequins; or this sequined v-neck option.

On the side of more expensive, if you have a really special event and you want all the popularity that is sequins, this midi dress is pricier ($200!), but pretty. It’s a long sleeve style in a multi silver-y color that also has other options for color, too. Pricy (again), this column dress is a pretty option with good ratings.

ACCESSORIZE

This glittery rhinestone silver headband is fun, and would add a fun “extra” touch for those of us who reusing pieces in our closet but want something less expensive to dress something up. There’s a similar black option, too. Finishing touches could also include these sweet little gold bow earrings or these well rated pearl claw hair clips. If you go bold, there’s also nothing more Christmas appropriate than a bold red lip with your favorite lipstick, like this balm from Ilia in Wanderlust or their lipstick in Tango.

What’s your favorite way to dress up for seasonal fun? Do you like to be casual with a glimmer of glitter? Or do you go all in with all the festive look? Comment all of your thoughts below. Let’s talk.
