Reuniting a pair of its network favorites, His and Hers puts Lacey Chabert on the opposite side of Brennan Elliott in a divorce.
His and Hers (2024) Hallmark TV Film Review
Happy in all aspects of life, Dana (Chabert) is good at what she does. She works with clients on mergers as a lawyer, and does her job well. Mark (Elliott) is also a lawyer who works mainly in divorce cases. This pair also happens to be married and quite compatible. When they unexpectedly find they are on the opposite side of a client divorce, things grow complicated.
Not only do they have difficult clients, but this case ends up challenging their own lives, too.
TV SHOW REVIEW | ‘THE CHICKEN SISTERS’: FIRST IMPRESSION OF HALLMARK DRAMA
Featuring network stars who have been co-stars many times over, His and Hers is something most people will adore. From mysteries to romance movies, this pair has starred in many different roles together. In fact, Hallmark fans will likely recognize a kind of “easter egg” conversational throwback dating back to their earliest pair up. Part of the fun for viewers though will be finding it, so I won’t tell you.

Share on XSuffice to say, the usual banter and scripting lives on between Lacey Chabert and Brennan Elliott. The story keeps things light and fun even with the challenges some of the couples face, and for the most part Dana and Mark don’t walk through the usual pitfalls of being mad at one another in a dramatic “let’s break up the couple” kind of way. The plot, in small pieces, reminds us of the romantic comedy Laws of Attraction, a story that also finds two lawyers arguing in a divorce.
Likely everyone but me has seen this one, but if you haven’t, well, this one is cute. Just the same as anything else you’re likely to see from this network on any given Saturday night.
At publication His & Hers is not available to stream; watch for encore showings on the Hallmark Channel or eventually, check places like Hallmark+ or Peacock.

Content: nothing much to note! There is some arguing about properties, suggestion of an affair, and ending a marriage. There are also a few “fights” with couples and discussion about having kids. The film is the usual TV-G
I dashed over here directly after I saw this on the Hallmark site to hear your thoughts! Now, I’m doubly excited to watch it!
I sure hope you enjoyed this one! :)
Loved it! Brennan Elliot and Lacey Chabert are always one of my favorite pairings, and I felt like it was a very “smooth” production… characters, plot, scenery etc. felt very well crafted and not at all overdone.
I’m SO glad! I felt like many viewers would love the film and that there were some shout-outs to their prior work. What surprised me most is, unless it’s inaccurate, this film is (so far) the lowest rated premiere with Falling Together beating it and then the ‘Heiress’ one in the top spot.
