HALLMARK STREAMING REBRANDS
Hallmark officially rebranded their streaming service this past week. Instead of Hallmark Movies Now, they are now Hallmark+. With this rebrand came new content including their first Hallmark+ streaming original series The Chicken Sisters. We reviewed this one in a kind of “first impression” opinion. Schuyler Fisk and Lea Thompson lead the cast in this familial drama that will follow two feuding family chicken restaurants, a failing marriage and all set in a fictional small Southern town.
With the debut of this show, the streamer also released a new film, Love on the Danube: Love Song. In the following weeks, two more ‘Danube’ films (September 19 / 26) featuring different characters will drop along with an additional seven episodes. The streamer will also debut non-scripted and lifestyle content as well.
LAST THINGS
If you were a fan of CBS’ fall 2023 season hit Tracker, you may like to know that the second season trailer is out! It features the return of Colter’s (played by Justin Hartley) brother (played by Jensen Ackles). Additionally Sofia Pernas will return too. Will you be watching?
