‘SANTA TELL ME’ GIVES REUNION CO-STARS A HAPPY ENDING
A childhood letter to Santa, spontaneous meetings and a magic, too form the story that is Santa Tell Me.
Santa Tell Me (2024) Hallmark TV Film Review
Success is a lifestyle Olivia Spencer (Erin Krakow) is very familiar with. She has a great career as a designer working on a network show, and a sister (Jess Brown) she is close to. Her once childhood wish to Santa that he reveal her Prince Charming is about to complicate her Christmas this year. Nick is the name of the man who will sweep Olivia off her sweep she learns. The thing is, Olivia meets three Nick’s, which complicates more than one small part of her life.
Still, she focuses in on work and the new professional partnership she has to have with Chris Davis (Daniel Lissing), the man who is going to oversee Olivia’s Christmas show. Plus, what is Olivia supposed to do with the three Nick’s (Kurt Szarka, Benjamin Ayres, Christopher Russell) who are now a part of her life?

‘SANTA TELL ME’ GIVES REUNION CO-STARS A HAPPY ENDING. Reviewing the #Hallmark film with #DanielLissing and #ErinKrakow from #WhenCallstheHeart. #WCTH #ChristmasMovies #HallmarkChristmasMovies Share on XSanta Tell Me like so many other films on this network will charm its interested viewer not just because of the story, but also because it reunites the people who played the two halves of a love story that broke people’s heart. Of course we speak of When Calls the Heart which both Erin Krakow and Daniel Lissing headlined for several years. In this, we see them play contemporaries who share a kind of loathing banter. Though never fear, it’s all cute. The cast is really good which also features many familiar faces (perhaps too many) like Christopher Russell. Additionally, the meet-cute is all kinds of cute.
While the story is very different, this film has reflections of Miracle on 34th Street and I think taking Olivia back to her childhood, and the magical aspects, means Santa Tell Me tries to affect a kind of classic feel. By the time the movie rolls its credit (and even after the silliness of the Nick’s), you will have laughed and enjoyed a good time. Plus it just may sweep you off your feet too with a reunion end that makes up for the silly.

Content: this one doesn’t go beyond the normal content of a TV-G movie. There is a minor innuendo or two that may raise an eyebrow, but it’s harmless.
