Booktube Talk | 5-Star 2019 Prediction Reads & Books I Hope To Like
With the arrival of 2019, it’s time for us to turn to all of the upcoming novels of this year. (Or if you’re like me, it’s time to try and read all the 2019 novels while still making the attempt to work through years of backlog books on your shelf.) Today over on the Booktube Channel, I talk about five books that are 5-Star 2019 Prediction Reads for my reading year*.
This is why I thought it’d be fun to talk about three books I have high hopes for, but am not sure they’ll be five-star reads for me. There’s just something about them that holds me back from saying with confidence I’ll give them those five golden stars.
Nonetheless, I have all the hope they’ll be entertaining reads, and for me, that’s all I require. Without further ado, here are three of the books on my 2019 TBR that I hope will be a well-liked 5-star reads!
*Note; we no longer have a video channel.
BOOKS I’D LIKE TO BE 5-Stars (But I don’t know that Much About)

1: The Hummingbird Dagger by Cindy Antsey – April 2019
I’ve never read a novel by this author though I do own several by her. It sounds like something I’d like but until I actually read it, it’s hard to know for sure. Have you read anything by Cindy? Goodreads
2: Again, But Better by Christine Riccio – May 2019
Written by popular booktuber, this contemporary is high on my “I-hope-to-love-list,” but I also feel like I don’t know enough about to make a judgement it by its cover (and the synopsis is somehow vague). Goodreads
3: To Best the Boys by Mary Weber – March 2019
Reclaiming Shilo Snow is one of Mary’s books that I haven’t yet read, but this upcoming release sounds so darn interesting! It’s about a fierce female lead who enters an all-boys world in an effort to challenge the dominance of a male-only elite school. Goodreads
