See Vail with Lacey Chabert in a Romance of Change
Winter in Vail follows Lacey Chabert’s Chelsea, an LA event coordinator whose innovative ideas and hard work is overlooked for a new promotion (and not for the first time). When she inherits a chalet from her uncle, she decides to quit her job (how unlike her!) and head North to Vail Colorado where she hopes, the spark of change will inspire her in finding what she’s looking for.
See Vail with Lacey Chabert in a Romance of Change: Winter in Vail Thoughts
It’s not hard to enjoy a film from Hallmark, but here are three specific reasons you might enjoy seeing Vail with Lacey Chabert!
1: A Chalet (Duh!)
I mean, really, what could be more charming than inheriting a chalet? Or if we’re being honest, LIVING IN ONE?? Only thing is, I’d describe this one as more than a little cozy, but it’s still a lovely place I wouldn’t mind vacationing, and curling up with its view, a cozy blanket and a solid book. winter in vail

The script for this one actually seems really quite good. There’s just something about it that makes everything feel more authentic, and even though the plot backpedals (!!) in the end, I respect that the beginning takes some “risks” in how Chelsea gets to her new version of normal. winter in vail

3: Tyler Hynes (Just Because!)
No secret is made of the fact that I quite like this actor as a leading man for Hallmark. He’s become more and more of a regular, and so far (and without going back to look for sure), I’ve liked him in all of the films I’ve seen him play hero in.

Old Vail, where movie is set, reminds me of West Germany of my childhood. Dad was in U. S. Army, stationed in Frankfurt and
Ludwigsburg. So many good memories….
