MORE 2021 READS I’M EXCITED FOR (AND COULD BE FIVE STAR PREDICTIONS!)
We return to some bookish talk today as I take a look at some titles set to release in 2021. More specifically a closer look at some of the five star prediction reads of 2021 I have. This week our newest video talks about six titles, and so now we shall endeavor to add additional titles to the list so as not to sound repetitive.
LIST | 20+ Titles to Read or Watch to Fill our ‘To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before’ Void
Since I talked about so many of my (almost) for-sure-to-like titles in the video, finding some additional books to share in this “part 2” is a bit of a challenge. I’m the sort of person who likes to have read a book (by the author) prior to predicting it as a possible five star read. That said, while this list may be overly optimistic (and it may not!), these are all titles I’m curious and excited for. Let’s get to introducing these reads, shall we?
Note: we no longer have a video channel so there are no links to share.
MORE NOVELS I’M EXCITED FOR (AKA SOME OF THE COULD-BE FIVE STAR PREDICTION READS OF 2021!)
1: Dearest Josephine, Caroline George (Out Now)
Just go this one in the mail a couple of weeks ago, and you guys, I’m becoming MORE excited about it by the day. Nadine Brandes endorses it on the front and likens it to Pride and Prejudice. I mean… whaat!? That has to be only good things, right? Goodreads
2: The Meet-Cute Project, Rhiannon Richardson (Out Now)
This one has SUCH potential and so I’m rooting for it to be a great read. I’m hopeful it’s a great read. I want it to be a great read. (Pretty sure that sums things up.) It’s always likened to Jenny Han, and so I’m here for that. Goodreads
3: Let it Be Me, Becky Wade (May)
Did I mention this in this week’s video? You bet. Did I purposely add it again on this written list? Of course. I simple had to considering how much I always adore Becky’s novels, and this is one I have the highest hopes for. Goodreads
4: Of Princes and Promises, Sandhya Menon (June)
Didn’t love (completely) book one in this series, but I did really enjoy it, and so I have high hopes that it’s more a case of a distracted reader than not loving the book because I love a good modern fairy tale. Also, I do not like this cover re-design! Goodreads
5: Tacos for Two, Betsy St. Amant (October)
Don’t know a thing (other than its synopsis) about this one, but doesn’t the title alone make you smile? Goodreads
What about you; what upcoming books are you excited for? How do you go about picking five star prediction reads? Do you like to have read a book by the author first? Is there any five star prediction reads of 2021 you cannot wait to read? Comment all of your thoughts below.
