ON SEPTEMBER SEVENTH WE BUY A BOOK (OR TWO)
It’s one of those days where I kind of struggled with something to post. Not because I don’t have ideas or things to write and post, but rather because in the case of the former, I want more time with the ideas and to perfect things, and then with the latter, I literally have book to finish or something of that sort. In the reserves is always some sort of film review, but since I try for a bit more variety, we had to find something else. If you ever look at the “funny holiday” lists, sometimes you find something that brings on some inspiration like today’s listing which is “buy a book day.” In honor of this, I’m going to share a Barnes and Noble books in my shopping cart.

In my cart is Christian fiction (because we always collect Christmas novels and then don’t read them); young adult titles (because I still enjoy a good one); and sequels (that I haven’t even read book one for!). So as we share some of these, I want you to tell me, which ones should I actually hit “purchase” on? Which ones are reads that would be worth a spot on my shelf? This inquiring mind needs to know. This would be a new find for me. Like usual it was the cover art the drew me in, but now I’m curious, have you read this novel? If so, is it good? Because the cover art certainly makes it look as though the story inside would be a charmer. Goodreads
EMMA LORD novels
I have about three or four of Emma’s novels in my cart. This because I did read and (mostly) like Tweet Cute. So now I’m thinking I should read another one of Emma’s novels. What do you recommend? Goodreads

I mean, we love a fun Christmas novel now and then. Sarah’s looks quite fun with that cover art, and you don’t get much more Christmas-y than tree trimming. Goodreads
