THE GREAT AMERICAN FAMILY CHRISTMAS 2024 SCHEDULE!
The time of year everyone loves is here with the arrival of another year of Christmas movies. While everyone and their best friend has probably seen all of the network schedules because so many share them, it’s a tradition here, too, so we’re sharing our out Great American Family Christmas 2024 schedule. At least this year we are. Whether we continue to share these schedules is a thought for another day. In the meantime, let’s see what’s on this year’s lineup.

As do titles that feature a popular star in not one but three movies, two of which are brand new productions. On the off (off) chance you haven’t seen these movies making the rounds yet, let me introduce you to the 2024 schedule from GAF.
GREAT AMERICAN FAMILY CHRISTMAS 2024 SCHEDULE

CHRISTMAS WREATHS AND RIBBONS aka WREATHEMAKER CHRISTMAS
When: Debuted October 12
Story: After an injury sidelines a businesswoman during her busiest season, she relies on the kindness of neighbors to help her. Kristin Wollet and Casey Elliott star in this.
A VINTAGE CHRISTMAS
When: Debuted October 19
Story: A developer and a preservationist go to “battle” over a historical landmark! Merritt Patterson and Christopher Russell will be the lead stars in this film.
A CHRISTMAS CASTLE PROPOSAL
When: Debuted October 26
Story: Rhiannon Fish will play a normal woman who travels to the family palace of her boyfriend where “mishaps” and likely other challenges ensure during their Christmas season. Mitchell Burke will be her co-star, and if the title is an indication, there will also be an engagement!
Fun Note: This is a sequel to A Prince in Paradise.
TAILS OF CHRISTMAS aka A SHELTER AND SEASON’S GREETINGS
When: November 2
Story: After an injury while serving in the Army sidelines him, a man finds help with therapy dogs and in helping run the local shelter. Ash Tsai and Eric Guilmette star.
CHRISTMAS UNDER the NORTHERN LIGHTS
When: November 9
Story: A historian and tour guide form a connection while she works on her next project. Jill Wagner and Jesse Hutch will team up on this film.
COUPLED UP FOR CHRISTMAS
When: November 10
Story: A faux relationship forms the basis of this story about a couple who are in love with others and decide to fake a relationship in hopes of winning their respective loves. Sara Canning and Marcus Rosner will lead the cast in the final premiere of the GAF season.
A CHRISTMAS LESS TRAVELLED
When: November 16
Story: With the voice of her recently deceased father on a cassette tape, a woman goes on a road trip that offers her unexpected new experiences. The first film to star Candace Cameron Bure, she’ll play a business owner in this alongside co-star Eric Johnson.
A CHRISTMAS QUILT aka THE FABRIC OF CHRISTMAS
When: November 17
Story: A Christmas wedding is the inspiration for this film about a firefighter and teacher who piece together a quilt meant as the ideal gift for the fireman’s sister.
A LITTLE WOMEN’S CHRISTMAS
When: November 23
Story: This will be a modern re-telling of the classic Louisa May Alcott story with, I am sure, some changes to adapt. The film will also have an all-star TV film cast that includes Jen Lilley, Trevor Donovan (two stars who have already been in a film together), Laura Osnes, Jesse Hutch and also Glady Knight.
CHRISTMAS by CANDLELIGHT
When: November 24
Story: A woman looking for a promotion and pitches a Christmas campaign that will require the help of a local candle store owner. Erin Agostino and Harmon Walsh star.
A CINDERELLA CHRISTMAS BALL
When: November 29
Story: Favorite Danica McKeller will star in this film about a woman searching for her birth family which leads her to meet a “stubborn” prince! Oliver Rice will play co-star and Gleb Savchenko choregraphed the dance scenes.
HOME SWEET CHRISTMAS
When: December 1
Story: Childhood best friends reunite after a family death. In her second new debut of the year, Candace Cameron Bure will, presumably, play one ½ of this best friend duo and Cameron Mathison the other.
ONCE UPON A CHRISTMAS WISH
When: December 7
Story: After the wishes of a local mayor begin to come true, he and his childhood best friend team up to push back against a developer who wants to change their community. Real life married couple Mario and Courtney Lopez will lead this film.
LET it SNOW
When: December 8
Story: An executive must try to transform an old lodge to become a tourist attractive. Candace Cameron Bure and Jesse Hutch co-star.
Note: this is a film from 2013 making its debut on GAF.
CHRISTMAS in SCOTLAND
When: December 15
Story: While working, a New York designer trying to help a “small Scottish community” must work with a wealthy guy who is something of a Scrooge. This film will feature Jill Winternitz and Dominic Watters.
GET HIM BACK FOR CHRISTMAS
When: December 21
Story: Former sweethearts reunite when superstar Bella returns home looking to write the perfect song to win back her boyfriend, for which she recruits Jack, the guy who gave up his aspirations after his dad passed away. Another real life married couple Alexa and Carlos PenaVega will co-star in this romance.
A ROYAL CHRISTMAS BALLET
When: December 22
Story: Retired from dancing, a woman must help putting together a performance of The Nutcracker for a “visiting team of royal ambassadors.” Brittany Underwood will stars in this film about a woman who also finds an “unexpected Christmas romance.” This will close out the 2024 Great American Family schedule.
