POP CULTURE NEWS 167: THE VIDEO CONTENT NEWS WEEK
Friday is the final workday of the week and once that day rolls around we gather the silly cultural stories that were featured in the last week. It’s a way to round up the fun stories and share some of the news-y things about entertainment that fall into the same content we review or share about here. So without further chatter, let’s jump in and see what we find. pop culture news 167

If you are an avid fan of Gilmore Girls you may love to see the commercial that articles say reunites Sean Gunn (aka Kirk), Scott Patterson (aka Luke) and Lauren Graham (aka Lorelai) for Walmart. The spot has Lorelai gushing over snow and coffee again as Christmas packages arrive in Stars Hollow.
POP CULTURE NEWS 167: THE VIDEO CONTENT NEWS WEEK✨ Sharing the news about #GilmoreGirls, #SnowWhite and more! #LorelaiandLuke #TheBuccaneers Share on XApple TV+ has padded its upcoming season two cast for their soapy period drama The Buccaneers. In addition to Leighton Meester, a casting that made headlines weeks ago, the season will also feature Maria Almeida, Grace Ambrose & Jacob Ifan in undisclosed roles. Additionally, Greg Wise too will feature in the cast, which any well-versed period drama lover will know is a fun trivia fact since Wise starred in a feature role in the 90s BBC adaptation of The Buccaneers.
Everyone who is curious probably already saw, but despite the multiple controversies that follow it (from its star to political commentary condemning it), Disney’s Snow White is gearing up to release on its (once delayed) release date in March of 2025. Part of the way they are doing this is by dropping a trailer. I didn’t watch it because like I’ve said before, I find it more fun to go into a story “blinder” versus “all knowing,” but here it is if you haven’t seen it (on some off chance). The film will star Gal Gadot and Rachel Zegler.
Now we ask you the usual questions, which is to wonder, which stories you read about? Did any make you smile? Which ones did we miss sharing? Comment your thoughts below.

I can’t believe I haven’t seen the Walmart commercial until now. So cute! I don’t stay up-to-date with pop culture and depend on others to keep me informed. Thanks for keeping me relevant!
We do love a good Gilmore Girls reunion! Thank you for visiting. :)
