New Hallmark mysteries are headed to Hallmark. This after the television rights to the Camper and Criminal Mysteries books were sold to Hallmark Media. Author, Tonya Kappes, reveals this on her Instagram page. This is new news so there is no casting, but it’s being billed as a new TV show, so I’m guessing it will be a weekly show similar to Hallmark’s Mistletoe Murders.
To celebrate its twentieth anniversary in 2025, Focus Features will be re-releasing their masterpiece Pride and Prejudice. They announced this on Twitter. It was accompanied by a 30 second video and date, which is April 20th. We’ll be celebrating this anniversary and Jane Austen through this year, too!

According to Variety, Disney has backed off of large scale pre release promotion of their imminent live action release Snow White. This because of the controversies surrounding its two main stars, which is some of their political stances that oppose each other. Do you still plan to see this large-scale blockbuster? The film will open March 21.
Speaking of Disney, they also dropped a trailer for their upcoming Summer blockbuster which is Freakier Friday. The comedy film will reunite Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis in a reprisal of their roles from the 2003 Disney flick (which was a remake) in Freaky Friday. The film will release August 8.
