Waiting on Wednesday | Twenty-Fifth Edition

Hello, fellow book nerd friends! It’s Wednesday again (aren’t we all just glad it’s past the dreaded April 15th!?), which means I’m being lazy and instead of posting a fangirl post or one of the many new reviews I did plan to post today, we join a fun meme. Let’s do Waiting on Wednesday: Twenty-Fifth Edition

Waiting on Wednesday | Twenty-Fifth EditionIt’s Wednesday which means there’s another fun meme that bloggers enjoy taking part in. Today’s feature is all about the books we’re “Waiting On” with Can’t Wait Wednesday; a meme Finding Wonderland occasionally takes part in.

Organized by the lovely Tressa of Wishful Endings, here’s another edition of Can’t Wait Wednesday.

Waiting on Wednesday | Twenty-Fifth Edition

Can’t-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted here to spotlight and talk about the books we’re excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they’re books that have yet to be released as well. It’s based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by the fabulous Jill at Breaking the Spine. (Find out more here.)

Like last Waiting on Wednesday feature (and the week before that!), I again fall back on my most favorite genre, which is contemporary.

This week we spotlight a debut author with Revell Books. Not only is this a debut, it’s also the launch of a new series, and I am SO here for this. The design (the romanticism though!!), typography and sound of the book sounds like my jam, and I’m ready for it.

Author: Tari Faris | Publisher: Revell Books
Genre: Fiction; Contemporary | Publication Date: September 2019

Small-town realtor Hannah Thornton has many talents–unfortunately, selling houses isn’t one of them. When a developer sets his sights on the historic homes in Heritage, Hannah turns to her best friend Luke for help. Will Luke risk his future and confront his past to help her succeed? – Goodreads

As my last few ‘WOW’ posts suggest, I love a good contemporary, so it’s never a bad thing to find a new debut author who writes the genre.

  1. Hope it turns out as good as it sounds! I had to laugh – a small town realtor who’s not so good at selling houses- sounds like fun. :)
