SOME OF THE BOOKS ON MY CURRENT WISH LIST
Less so than I used to, but I still have a little wish list of books I’d like. Once or twice a year, readers share those (just for fun) in our weekly book list, and this is one of those weeks. So we must see what we’re curious about to compile a list, even if it is short.

SOME OF THE BOOKS ON MY CURRENT WISH LIST. Talking some books on the #WishList. Just for fun. #Books #Reading #Reader #Readers #TopTen #TopTenList #TopTenTuesday Share on XWhen it comes to the books I’m curious about or have on a wish list, it’s far fewer than it once was. This is for one of two reasons. One being I tend to pick up the books I’m most interested in, although until a week or so ago, I hadn’t bought a book in a while. Second is that I’m becoming more and more (most I’ve probably ever been) selective with what I read. All that to say that while I don’t have a clue if I will like all of these, they sound like reads I could quite enjoy. Let’s have a look.
WISH LIST BOOKS
JULIETA AND THE ROMEOS, MARIA E. ANDREU
This one just looks cute. Do I need to know anything more specific about it? Probably. But you tell me. Goodreads
NOT HERE TO STAY FRIENDS, KAITLYN HILL
I picked up Kaitlyn’s book from last year, and this one, if memory serves, is a kind of wrong-boy-right-time kind of romance about a girl who perhaps is interested in the wrong boy, only maybe the right one is also right by her side. Goodreads
SWEET RIGHT HERE, JENNY B. JONES
It’s been more than a quick minute since I read anything by Jenny B. Jones. What I read by her way back when remain some of my favorite novels though. They’re just fun. Goodreads
KISSING FOR KEEPS, MARTHA KEYES
I think I saw this one floating around online and it seems like it could be a fun and maybe a little bit flirty story. Goodreads
BEGIN AGAIN, EMMA LORD
I read one of Emma’s books a while back and while it wasn’t an all-time favorite, I did think it was fun and I’d happily read another of hers. Which one do you like best by Emma? Goodreads
JUNIPER BEAN RESORTS TO MURDER, GRACIE RUTH MITCHELL
I had seen Gracie’s books floating around the booksphere here and there, but recently, I saw Rel post about these and I was reminded again how fun they sound. So we’re adding this quirky (sounding) mystery to the list, too! Goodreads
A MATCH FOR THE MARINE, JESS MASTORAKOS
Jess’ books have made the rounds in what I see of books for a long time. I think I own one by her but haven’t read it. However, this, one of her newer series, caught my eye because of the currently trendy cover designs and the bright colors, too! Goodreads
THE HEART SHOT, EMILY SCHEIDER
Just saw this one, or recently, on Instagram. Plus the cover just looks fun, so… we’re going with it. Goodreads
Which of these have you heard of? Which ones are on your must-read list? Would you read any? What types of books are on your wish list books?? Which ones do you hope to get first!? Tell me all about them! Let’s meet in the comments.
Thank you for visiting; please do come back soon.
I haven’t read Sweet Right Here by Jenny B Jones but I did read the next one in that series, First to Fall, and really liked it! It turned a forced proximity into an accidental marriage/marriage of convenience situation and played with the tropes well.
I’m also curious about the Juniper Bean mystery one! I’ve seen it hyped a lot and heard good things about it. And if Rel likes it, that’s a great recommendation.
Right? I agree. When Rel likes something, I’m curious to learn more. She’s probably the first book person I followed and she’s introduced me to some reads I probably otherwise wouldn’t have read. :) Jenny’s books are always fun and despite being FAR behind on reading her more current novels, I’m sure they’re fun! :)
I haven’t heard of any of these authors, but I love how you describe Not Here to Stay Friends. :)
We love a good lighthearted romance story. :)
I’ve become more selective, too. Enjoy these books!

I love the cover for The Heart Shot. Hope you’ll love all of these, Rissi!
Thanks, Lindsey – and me too! That one looks so summer-y and just fun. :)
I haven’t actually heard of any of these, but I hope that some generous book fairy grants you some wishes and that you enjoy all of these when you get to read them!
Where are those book fairies when we need them, right, Leah!? ;)
Seriously! 👀
