‘FOR LOVE AND HONOR’ IS A SWEET ROMANCE
One of the older Hallmark titles, For Love and Honor, is typical in that it’s all of the usual things you anticipate from this network.
For Love and Honor (2016) Hallmark TV Film Review
Discipline and dedication are two rules Tom Brennan (James Denton) lives by. They serve him well and he manages a good life because of this. He’s now a retired military officer who isn’t the greatest fan of change. When he receives an opportunity to head up the military division of an elite academy, he ultimately decides to accept.
Thing is, his methods and those of Caroline (Natalie Brown), the dean of academics, don’t exactly match. With a declining school to keep afloat, Caroline finds she may have to bend a little just as Tom learns perhaps he too has something to learn. for love and honor

‘FOR LOVE AND HONOR’ IS A SWEET ROMANCE. #JamesDenton and Natalie Brown co-star in this 2016 #Hallmark film. Share on XWith exception to the names, almost any review we feature here, as I so often say, from this network could be a copy and paste scenario. This because these films are all so similar, especially in the expectation of what you’ll see. for love and honor
This one is fun just because of the personalities clash, and Denton does an admirable job as the strict career military man. It’s also great fun to see, albeit in a limiting role, Rebecca Liddiard, who is one of the best characters in The Frankie Drake Mysteries.
Cute and fun, For Love and Honor is worth seeing if you like the actors and the library of TV films that this too is a part of.
You can stream, at publication, this film on Plex, Pluto TV or Tubi.
Content: nothing outside of the normal TV-PG content crops up in this 90 minutes comedy.
