Though it’s not a story I’d typically include but since the stories this week are still in hiding, I’m sharing one of the bigger stories making headlines. The headline maker is Hoda Kotb leaving Today after 17 years! Her final show was today, the tenth and included many kind words from co-workers, her co-host, and some special guests, too.
TV SHOW REVIEW | ‘SHIFTING GEARS,’ SEASON ONE FIRST IMPRESSION: A CUTE COMEDY IS LATEST FROM FAN FAVORITE ACTOR
On February 20, Prime Video will return with the third season of the highly rated Reacher. This third season is based on Persuader, the seventh novel in Lee Childs’ Reacher novels. With the drop of three of its eight season three episodes right away on February 20th, the show will then “roll out weekly […] every Thursday through March 27, 2025,” exclusively on Prime Video. Alan Ritchson will return in the titular role in a season where he enters “the dark heart of a vast criminal enterprise when trying to rescue an undercover DEA informant whose time is running out. There he finds a world of secrecy and violence—and confronts some unfinished business from his own past.” Sounds like a normal (but good) season of Reacher. Maria Sten will return with Ritchson alongside Anthony Michael Hall; Sonya Cassidy; Brian Tee; Johnny Berchtold; Robert Montesinos; Olivier Richters; Daniel David Stewart who are the new-every-season cast. The show is, according to its press information, produced by Amazon MGM Studios, Skydance Television, and Paramount Television Studios. See the fresh off the presses trailer below.
