We are back at our TV network schedule shares with this a Hallmark February 2024 schedule. This time around the network has a bigger February than normal. It will use its usual Loveuary campaign, but it’s a kind of collaboration with Jane Austen this time around. This means all four of their new premieres (and one bonus title that presumably doesn’t) feature inspiration from Jane Austen.

I’m not entirely sure they’ll do well with the regency era. But, I’m still curious. Also given how famous shows like The Gilded Age is now, I suspect this theme is a good move. You’ll also notice that the network keeps this theme even crossing their ‘Movies and Mysteries’ network. Let’s meet the players, shall we?

AN AMERICAN IN AUSTEN – FEBRUARY 17
A librarian believing no one in real life can compare to Mr. Darcy just may have a chance to discover if this is true.
A TASTE OF LOVE – FEBRUARY 19
Erin Cahill stars in this film (which filmed in 2021) about a culinary TV star who struggles with her skills and so she takes a trip back to her hometown. While there, she renews a relationship with an old boyfriend and discovers she must make choices she isn’t ready to make.
SENSE & SENSIBILITY – FEBRUARY 24
A re-make of the novel by Austen, this one likely won’t go into detail given its short runtime, but it names characters like Elinor and Marianne, one longing for a man beyond her reach and another torn between two men.
HALLMARK MOVIES and MYSTERIES
the more “dramatic” side of this network will feature two new mysteries. one will keep to the theme with a period drama, and the other is a little more of a mystery in that we don’t know what it will be all about.
GILDED NEWPORT MYSTERIES: MURDER AT THE BREAKERS – FEBRUARY 2
CRIMETIME: FREEFALL – FEBRUARY 23
