‘HAUNTED HARMONY MYSTERIES: MURDER IN G MAJOR’
Unique to its network yet still familiar for the brand, Haunted Harmony Mysteries is an entertaining flick that’s a good deal of fun.
Haunted Harmony Mysteries: Murder in G Major (2023) Hallmark Film Review
Moving to the sweeping and green countryside of Ireland is something that may be an adventure for Gethsemane Brown (Tamera Mowry-Housley). An orchestra conductor, Gethsemane is here to teach school at a boarding school. In Ireland, she encounters trouble when the unsettled ghost, and famed composer, Eamon McCarthy (Risteard Cooper) appears. You see Eamon was murdered right after the suspicious death of his love Orla.
The case is unsolved and Eamon wants Gethesemane to help him learn what really happened. This leads her to Inspector O’ Reilly (Adam Fergus) who finds her claims curious. But between her job, a charming co-worker (Marco Grazzini) and this haunting, she has to come to grips with these new roles.

One of the new films to debut on the ‘Movies and Mysteries’ network in 2023, Haunted Harmony Mysteries is a mystery that, so far, doesn’t have any additional mysteries in the works. It has the potential to continue on with its likable characters and set up for possible new stories to come.
It’s the characters who are most fun though. It’s nice to see Marco again and I really like the new faces in Adam Fergus and Risteard Cooper. With Tamera Mowry-Housley in the top billing role, I enjoyed everyone and the characters they develop in these roles. Tamera is also charming and fun in a lead role. She plays the same type of cheerful character who is almost impossible not to like.
Unique in comparison to most films you’ll find on the network, this is something I’d like to see have additional installments to. It has has more to tell.

Content: nothing to note in Haunted Harmony Mysteries. The film does deal in ghosts and some “violence” but nothing TV-PG inappropriate. Two people who never marry live together for years.
