Former co-stars Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz have booked new roles with NBC, albeit in sperate projects. Deschanel will play lead (a psychologist) in an upcoming drama from creator Dean Georgaris. Georgearis is known for other NBC dramas that include the short-lived The Brave and the reboot of Quantum Leap. Boreanaz will step into the role of Jim Rockford in the reported reboot of The Rockford Files. These two starred together for many years on the crime drama Bones.
March 20 will mark the debut of what is being described as a Hannah Montana special on Disney+. This March date will mark the official 20 years since Hannah Montana debuted on the Disney Channel. The special will film in front of a studio audience and seems to be more about conversations and memories than any kind of fictional story.

Debuting on ABC March 3 is their dramady RJ Decker. According to ABC, the show will be about a private detective and is written by Rob Doherty (Elementary), the story goes on to further say that this will star Scott Speedman as RJ Decker who “is a former newspaper photographer and ex-con who starts over as a private investigator in the colorful-if-crime-filled world of South Florida.”
