It’s a new year, which means there are new movie milestones to celebrate and make note of. Our first of this year is to celebrate twenty five years of a cult classic, and to post up a She’s All That movie quiz! Making its mark on audience on January 29, 1999, She’s all That may be a title that feels dated, but it’s also a timeless tale sure to charm viewers, even if seeing it for the first time today.

The plot follows Freddie Prinze Jr.’s popular high schooler Zach, who ends up taking on the task of remaking the school’s nerdy Laney Boggs into the school’s next prom queen. Like I said, the plot is pretty universal and familiar. It was likely inspired by things like My Fair Lady while this would later inspire the Netflix original He’s All That. Plus, there’s a pretty impressive cast, some of whom went on to be quite famous in their respective careers.
As one of those types of movies you can play and just “forget” for a bit, She’s all That is all fun. It’s silly, yes, and rubs some viewers the wrong way, but in the end, everyone learns something and since this is fantasy, we can choose to believe that the lessons stick.
