SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER 2022 RECAP AND ROUND UP
Hello, everyone. It’s the dawning of a new month (and the two month countdown to a new year) and we’re back with the usual wrap up. This go-round, it’s our two-month September and October 2022 recap. We put these together every two months as a way to look back at the happenings (usually only in the website’s life since I do nothing cool) and share what we enjoyed putting together.
LIST | RANKING THE SOUNDS OF ‘MIDNIGHTS,’ THE NEW TAYLOR SWIFT ALBUM
🍂🍁🗓️SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER 2022 RECAP AND ROUND UP🗓️🍁🍂 ROUNDING UP FAVORITE CONTENT AND ALSO WHAT WAS MOST POPULAR – TWO THINGS THAT USUALLY DON'T MATCH UP! #CONTENT #MONTHRECAP #MONTHINRECAP #BLOGCONTENT Share on XCool or no, we are TEN months into this year, but means it’s nearly gone (is anyone ok with this? I’m not because it means CLOSER to SNOW)! Cannot believe this, but regardless, let’s do this thing. Time for another rewind of our content.
»FAVORITE BLOG POSTS: SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER 2022 RECAP«
(Blog posts that, while not necessarily the most popular, were fun to write)
1: [September] 11 PERFECT MOVIES TO WATCH SET DURING THE AUTUMN SEASON | We love a good excuse to curate a seasonal list.
2: [September] 20 YEARS LATER CELEBRATE ‘SWEET HOME ALABAMA’ WITH A QUIZ | Creating a fun quiz or celebratory post for a favorite movie anniversary is always a good time.
3: [September] ‘ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL,’ SERIES TWO: STILL A MASTERPIECE OF A SHOW | Good TV from PBS. It’s just so dang good. Cannot wait for the next series which seems to be leading to darker.
4: [October] CHRISTMAS 2022 FICTION: DELAYED FLIGHTS, FAKE DATING AND MISTLETOE ROMANCE, TOO! | Despite October being way too early for me, we have to create Christmas lists, too.
5: [September] ‘DUPLEX’: DREW BARRYMORE DOES FUNNY IN DARK COMEDY | Unusual (but also not) role for Drew Barrymore, but Duplex is funny and so it was entertaining to see this one and write about it.
6: [September] ‘HELLO, GOODBYE AND EVERYTHING IN-BETWEEN’: NETFLIX ROMANCE FROM YA AUTHOR | One of my very favorite books adapted by Netflix. Overall the book is slightly better, but I love a sweet romance and that’s what this is.
7: [October] INSPIRATION FOR HOW TO DRESS LIKE A FAVORITE MOVIE OR TV CHARACTER | Because I love spotlighting favorite characters and combining it with some fashion… always a good time.
8: [October] ‘MY LIFE IS MURDER,’ SERIES THREE: LUCY LAWLESS AND CO. MAKE A RETURN | Love when my favorite import series return!
9: [October] ‘NOEL NEXT DOOR’: THE SEASON’S FIRST DOESN’T IMPRESS | ‘Tis true this film did not impress me. But I can appreciate aspects of it and I do. It was also really interesting for me to write this from such a different perspective and knowing all the changes that has happened in the hierarchy of the Hallmark network.
10: [October] RANKING THE SOUNDS OF ‘MIDNIGHTS,’ THE NEW TAYLOR SWIFT ALBUM | I have harsh things to say about Midnights. But yes I’m still listening to it. And yes I do still like aspects of the album. Plus it’s tradition to write about a new Taylor Swift album.
11: [October] SEE THESE 10+ ENTERTAINING ALL HALLOW’S EVE TV EPISODES! | Always love a good seasonal list to have to put together.
12: [October] THOUGHTS ON WHY SOCIAL MEDIA ISN’T ALWAYS NECESSARY | Sharing (more) thoughts on why social media continues to, in my observation, be a downfall.
13: [October] ‘WINCHESTER’: INSPIRED BY A TRUE STORY ABOUT A HISTORICAL FIGURE | Finally watched this curious film. Just because.

Sad that we’ve removed headings in this year (like book videos and the books I’ve read, obviously because I am sadly not reading), but hopefully you find some fun in our posts here. Tell me, did you see any over the last two months that you enjoyed? What new websites did you discover? New favorite TV show? New favorite PLACES to see and go? Let’s chat. Comment all of your comments below – I’d love to converse with you all!
